  A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR DATE. YOUR CHARGES WILL BE DUE IN FULL 14 CALENDAR DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT VIA A CASHIER’S CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR CASH. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES.

The Four Seas Banquet Facility is responsible  for the quality and freshness of food served to our guests.  Due to current health regulations, all food served at the Four Seas Banquet Facility must be prepared by our culinary staff.  Food may not be taken off premises after is has been prepared and served.  Please note that service of alcoholic beverages is regulated by the state, and as a result guests are not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages into the Four Seas Banquet Facility.
